There are two things you should know about K.C. Collins.
First, she is "too short to be a great volleyball player."
Second, she has dedicated her high school career to proving that first point wrong.
So what if she stands at 5-foot-4 in a sport in which the minimal Division I collegiate talent is at least 5-foot-9? She knows she has five inches to make up, so she trains in her offseason to improve her vertical leap.
