Volleyball's governing body agreed to limit the number of foreign players on club teams Monday, a decision likely to rile European lawmakers.
The FIVB will restrict players who come from outside a club's national federation to two from a team of six on court - a so-called "4+2" rule.
....The FIVB wants to stop wealthy teams from monopolizing the world's best players.
